I am not entirely sure what being a breeder entails. The guide was mostly on mechanics and did not explain the purpose very well.

That is true. A case that is being worked on is one that will be solved, given enough information. Unfortunately, from what I have seen information and the will to gather it are in short supply.

it depends entirely on the circumstances that people came here from i think
among other things not everyone was alive in their respective homes

but mostly they preform their tasks in costume so
the police here do not seem to have a way of controlling the team
and im not sure what people have done in general

If there is evidence of someone being a member, they should be investigated. Though in my experience, the police are often well-meaning but ineffectual for certain types of cases. They become more useful once the culprit has been turned in to them.

a place called the land of quartz and melody was very important to me
and coming up with a naming theme sort of helps out haha
